Shift Your Perspective: Your How-To Guide to Creating Synergy to Reach the Ultimate Level of Happiness is Leila's 6-part course that focuses on the Drive. Align. Shift. concepts based on Leila's book Driving to Success: Let Your Spirit Take the Wheel. The class will be more beneficial if you have read or are reading the book, but it is not a requirement to take the class. Participants may sign up for the series only or add on the Spirit Driving Permit™ or the Spirit Driving License™.

Classes are held one week apart. Leila will provide each class lesson at the beginning of each week. Participants will review the lessons and complete the exercises. Leila will present key points, facilitate discussion, and answer questions during each 1-hour class. Homework will be provided at the end of each class. 

Classes 1 & 2: Turning on Your Signals
(Being Aware of Your Personality’s Role)

• Learn how your Personality works for and against you
• Explore how you react to situations

Classes 3 & 4: Merging Properly
(Getting Your Spirit Involved)

• Create a new definition of success
• Discover what happens when your Spirit is driving   

Class 5 & 6: Shifting Gears
(Achieving Your Goals)

• Define the 5 gears of success
• Learn when and how to shift up

Spirit Driving Permit™: Extra work to be completed over a 2-week period after the course. You would submit your work to show that you understand the Drive. Align. Shift. concepts. Then, after review and approval, you would receive your Spirit Driving Permit™ through the mail.

Spirit Driving License™: Extra work to be completed over a 4-week period after the course. You would submit your work to show your mastery toward reaching (or deciding not to reach) a Professional Rest Stop (goal) by using the concepts of Drive. Align. Shift. Then, after review and approval, you would receive your Spirit Driving License™ through the mail.
